Deposits & Payment Methods

Successful deposits will be credited to your 711cuxi account within seconds. If your deposit has not been credited after 15 minutes, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

All withdrawals from a 711cuxi account are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to our anti-money laundering policy.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal is RM 50,000 for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.
• Withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 1 hour for verified accounts.

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 711cuxi platform are subject to the following rules. Non-compliance with any of these rules may result in bet cancellation and/or account closure.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the 711cuxi system are final and cannot be cancelled by the user.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate winnings, even if the odds change thereafter.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours, all related bets will be refunded to players in full.
